It is the most commonly used size by practitioners for the majority of facial indications. DermaSculpt technology Foam tip: the cannula glides under the skin without cutting vessels or nerves, greatly reducing the risk of intravascular injection as well as bruising. Calibrated flexibility: flexible cannulas for superficial layers, stiffer for deep injections. Base marker: the orientation of the opening is always known, allowing precise product placement. Single entry point: one puncture allows treatment of a wide fan-shaped area, with less discomfort for the patient. Indications for this size The 27G x 40mm is suitable for hyaluronic acid fillers of medium concentration and viscosity. Its balance between length and thinness makes it the default choice for most facial indications: cheekbones, folds, facial oval. Usage Create the entry point using the provided puncture needle, then insert the cannula to the desired depth and inject using retrotracing.
