OTILIE°2 is a high-class winemaker's sparkling wine Extra Brut made from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, aged on the lees in the bottle for 18 months. A base of buttery brioche, lightly toasted, exquisitely complemented by lively notes of fine gooseberry and juicy peach. The most distinctive characteristic: this sparkling wine never stops tasting good. No distracting aromas in the glass, no irritating flavor peaks on the finish, no over-acidity after three sips, no secret feeling of relief when the glass is finally empty. On the contrary – the flavor builds with captivating complexity even over several glasses, maintaining a light-footed and elegant tension throughout.
