New Moon Gong Bath A 2-hour sound journey for rest, release and new beginnings at AURUM £20pp Join us at AURUM, Temple of Frequency, for a deeply restorative 2-hour New Moon Gong Bath, held in a calm and intimate space created for stillness, sound and energetic reset. The New Moon is often seen as a time of reflection, intention setting and quiet new beginnings. It is the perfect point in the lunar cycle to pause, soften, release what feels heavy and gently call in what you are ready to grow next. This 2-hour sound journey will be led using a beautiful combination of instruments, including planetary attuned crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, flute, chimes, hand pan and more. You will be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow the layers of sound, vibration and frequency to wash through the body and mind. Your sound practitioner has trained with world-renowned gong master Don Conreaux, who has dedicated his life to the frequency, healing power and consciousness of sound. This brings a deeper level of knowledge, intention and reverence into the way the sound journey is held. What to Expect Your session will begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, allowing you to settle into the space and connect with the energy of the New Moon. You will then be guided into a deep sound journey using a range of therapeutic instruments, including: Planetary attuned crystal bowls Tibetan singing bowls Gongs Flute Chimes Hand pan Soft frequency instruments And more The sound may feel calming, powerful, emotional, grounding or deeply peaceful. Every experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to receive it. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some drift into a meditative state, some experience emotional release, and some simply enjoy the chance to switch off and rest. This New Moon Gong Bath is suitable for anyone who feels called to pause, reset and reconnect. You do not need any experience with sound healing, meditation or spiritual practice. You simply need to arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. It may be especially supportive if you feel tired, overwhelmed, emotionally full, energetically heavy, creatively blocked or ready for a fresh chapter. What to Bring Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as: Eye mask Water bottle Warm layers Anything small you would like to place near you for intention setting, such as a crystal or journal Mats, pillow and blankets are provided.
