Silla Fish Necklace

An extraordinary necklace featuring thirty-one rock crystal fish suspended from a handwoven loop-in-loop chain. Loren said, "I have always been drawn to the possibilities of the fish motif. For many ancient cultures plentiful fish meant an easeful life with abundant food. Fish are also incredibly tenacious, facing the changeable seas or propelling themselves up streams. One of my earliest collections, Silla, pays homage to ancient nomadic tribes that traveled the silk road wearing gold belts adorned with fish charms." This hand woven loop-in-loop chain features a particularly complex design to create an intentional curve that perfectly suspends the rock crystal fish.
