The fibres are naturally stain resistant and can be cleaned with a dilute bleach solution, providing extra practicality in homes where spills and marks are part of everyday life. Unlike standard feltback carpets, Sovereign Saxony uses a premium heavyweight felt backing designed to provide greater durability. It can be installed either with or without underlay, giving you greater flexibility when planning your flooring. For maximum comfort and insulation, fitting over a quality underlay is recommended and can also help protect the carpet and prolong its useful life.
