Vinified with sustainably farmed Chardonnay and Gamay from the Mâcon, and aged in stainless steel tanks, these are wines that speak clearly of the region’s legendary clay-limestone soils. This Bourgogne Blanc is nothing short of stellar at this price. Aged and fermented in stainless steel for 8-10 months, the wine is crisp and super fresh, with lovely white fruit and remarkably delicate.
