Remus Master Distiller Experimental Series No. 2

Remus Bourbon is proud to introduce Remus Master Distiller Experimental Series No. 2 Straight Wheat Whiskey. Aged since 2017 and 113 proof, it’s not only Remus Bourbon’s first wheat whiskey, but also our first finished release. Aged in Tawny Port, White Port, Oloroso Sherry, and Ruby Port Casks, Series No. 2 features a rich nose, with notes of dark chocolate and almond praline. The chocolate carries through on the palate, layered with malty sweetness and a slight earthiness. The finish is lingering and warm, with the chocolate and malt notes slowly fading into a gentle nuttiness.
