Jin Jun Mei from Wuyi Mountains in Fujian province in China is a high-end red tea, renowned for its sweet, fruity and floral notes. It is full bodied with a mix of honey, longan and wildflowers. Warm notes of caramel also come through quite prominently. On the palate it is malty layered with stone fruits and hints of dark cocoa.
