Yacuri Sidra
The Yacuri community farms, located near the Amazon, produce coffee with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, almonds, raisins, and tropical fruit. Its balanced acidity and silky body lend inviting complexity. Sidra originated in Ecuador, where it was selectively bred as a hybrid of Bourbon and Typica with some Ethiopian landrace genetics. This mix gives Sidra its distinctive floral and tropical fruit notes.
