Made from a 52% cotton and 48% polyester blend with a thirsty terry back, this towel brings the traditional look of a protective Korowai cloak to the beach or pool. This towel is designed to look like a Kahu Huruhuru, a traditional Maori feather cloak. In Maori culture, these cloaks are worn to show Mana (prestige) and provide spiritual protection to the wearer. The design captures the look of layered feathers and the detailed woven borders often seen on a Korowai.
