In this hands-on workshop, you will discover the ancient wisdom of fermentation and learn how to easily make healthy, homemade fermented foods. We will ferment vegetables together, explore a variety of simple techniques, and taste inspiring fermented creations. Cancellations can be made via email to info@haraiso.ch. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date. In the unlikely event that Haraiso must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide guidance on the refund process at that time.
