Tensor 650 Telescoping Space Age Task Lamp

Handpicked Local Vintage. Do you need a lamp that is completely poseable and also very, very round? This 1970s Tensor model 650 Task Lamp is simple and no frills. It turns on, it turns off with a simple rocker switch. But what is unexpected is its pose-ability and telescoping neck. It folds flat and can stretch out to 18" tall! We think this lamp was originally a light cream color (it came in white, cream, and black), but it was very well loved so it's getting towards a toasty beige. The only flaws are shown on the last page, some cracks around the light bulb well that are from extended use. 50 year old plastic can get dry after years of heat exposure. I imagine I would too. The Tensor model 650 telescoping task lamp is in excellent vintage condition and works great. Comes with a bulb, tag on the bottom has bulb details. Put this cutie on your desk today!
