Besgo 5-Way Automatic Backwash Valve The Besgo 5-way automatic backwash valve is a Swiss-made pneumatic valve designed to automate backwashing and filtration systems. Manufactured in Switzerland since 1980, Besgo valves provide fast, efficient and reliable operation with low pressure loss compared with traditional 6-way valves. Operating with 3.5 bar water pressure or compressed air, the valve can be controlled using a simple 230V timer or controller. Its fail-safe design automatically returns the valve to Filtration mode in the event of a power failure, helping prevent unwanted drainage. Suitable for a wide range of filtration systems, Besgo valves are available from DN40 (50mm) to DN125 (140mm) and can be installed directly on the filter or wall-mounted.
