Selsil X1 MS Expansion Joint Sealant

Key Features: Selsil X1 Expansion Joint Sealant is a one-component, moisture-curing hybrid MS polymer, adhesive and sealant that combines the durability of polyurethane with the flexibility and weather resistance of silicone. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, it provides long-lasting elastic sealing and bonding for expansion joints, façades, metal cladding, window and door frames, concrete joints, roofing systems, and general construction applications. Applications: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, and dust. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Application width must be between 5mm and 30 mm.
