Hawker Hustle — The Brew Therapy × luli roasts. A collaboration with luli roasts, the Toa Payoh roaster whose stall sits right in the TPY Block 127 hawker scene. Hawker Hustle is their community blend — kopi-and-coffee heritage meeting the new wave — built to be nutty, sweet and easy-drinking. We took that blend and freeze-dried it into crystals, so the cup lands in seconds, cold or hot. It's a dark-roast espresso blend of Ugandan natural, a touch of Indonesian robusta and Malaysian liberica (anaerobic natural) — the liberica lending a distinctly local backbone. Expect a nutty, caramel-sweet cup with medium body and tropical fruit that carries through both black and with milk.
