• Finished garment • Tudor Tailor exclusive Woman's white linen partlet with attached ruff made for The Typical Tudor book and suitable for a middling to gentle woman from the 1550s to 1603 Made of white linen with two pairs of narrow white cotton tape ties at the neck. The partlet pins in place or can be tucked into the neckline of a kirtle or petticoat. Both the partlet and ruff are hand hemmed. The ruff is finished on the outside edge with a trimmed cotton lace which gives a delicate fringe effect. No other garments are included. Measurements: Neckband 14 1/2 in (76cm) x 1 3/4in (4.5cm) Shoulder to hem 11in (28cm) Across chest 17in (43cm) Ruff is 1 1/2in (cm) deep at the front and 1 13/4in (4cm) deep at the back We regret that we cannot offer returns or refunds on costumes.
