Old World Handmade Glass Christmas Ornament

Old-world detailing gives these glass ornaments the character of pieces collected over many Christmases. Each ornament begins with a glass ball that has been individually embellished by hand with dimensional molded clay details. The decorative elements are individually cast, arranged and applied before the ornament is hand painted and finished in softly aged neutral tones that emphasize the ornate relief. Details • Glass ornament • Approximately 8.5" circumference • Dimensional molded clay embellishments • Clay details individually cast and applied by hand • Hand painted and finished • Aged ivory, taupe and charcoal-toned finish • Fabric ribbon included for hanging • Two available The ornate pattern and weathered neutral palette work beautifully with Old World, Victorian, vintage, French-inspired and traditional Christmas décor. Handmade Variation Each ornament is individually created and finished by hand. Because the clay details are cast, arranged and applied individually before painting and finishing, no two ornaments will be exactly alike. Slight variations in placement, texture, color and finish are part of their handmade character and make each ornament uniquely its own. Please note: This ornament is made of glass and should be handled with care. You will receive the ornament shown in the listing photographs.
