Lowburn Single Vineyard Blanc de Noir 2026

Hand Harvested on the 12th of April 2026. Fruit was gently whole bunch pressed with minimal skin contact to give it its delicate copper hue. It was fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel to preserve the aromatics and structure. Fermentation was stopped upon reaching balance then heat and cold stabilised, sterile filtered and bottled on the 31st August 2026. Fresh aromas of nectarine, pear & subtle spice.
