We love Chardonnay. There’s a definition of place that is simply unmatched when this grape is grown in the right environment. Tiny Dancer comes from high up in the Tualatin Hills right outside the city limits of Portland. Mineral and dense, it is our homage to the great Chardonnays of Burgundy, which have captivated minds for generations. We offer this wine with humility for what has come before and what we hope to achieve in the future. Feels: Sunday Best, Lemon Curd, River Rocks Pairs: Roast Chicken, Dinner Parties, Good Bread and Butter Techniques: Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months. Sent to stainless for 6 months before bottling. Rest for 6 months before release Serving Temperature: 45° - 55° Fahrenheit
