Card Restoration Report + Before & After Scans

A clear record of your card's condition and the care it received. Add a Restoration Report + scans to your physical card cleaning or restoration service. We'll inspect your card in person and document our findings, the treatment carried out and any remaining concerns, with front and rear scans taken before and after the work. Your personalised report is available in your Dugz Cards account, with your scans supplied separately as digital downloads. This add-on does not require a separate photo or video submission. One quantity covers one card. Included with Ultimate Card Revival, so there is no need to purchase it again for a card receiving that service. What your report includes Findings from an in-person inspection, recording relevant condition issues and areas of concern. Front and rear condition maps with labelled points of interest where relevant, linking each finding to an approximate area of your card. A summary of the treatment carried out, explaining the work completed as part of your chosen service. An honest account of the outcome, including observed improvements, limitations and any remaining concerns. Four high-resolution scans: the front and rear before treatment, and the front and rear after treatment. How to add it to your booking Purchase this add-on alongside a physical cleaning or restoration service, with one quantity for each card you would like documented. Add it when booking so we can capture the scans before treatment begins. If your order contains several cards and you only want reports for some of them, identify those cards in your order notes. Follow the booking and posting instructions for your chosen physical service, including any media requirements that service has. This add-on covers the report and scans. Cleaning and restoration are provided by the physical service you book. It is optional with other physical services and already included with Ultimate Card Revival. Your report, in your account Once we share your report, sign in to your Dugz Cards account using the email address associated with your order. Open Restoration Reports, find your order and select View report. You can also open it using the report button on the order itself. Your card's section will carry a Restoration label. Read the treatment summary alongside the findings to understand what was done and what remains. Select an FP (front point) or RP (rear point) label to read its finding. The condition maps are illustrations showing approximate locations. Your actual card scans are supplied separately. Your before and after scans We'll capture both sides of your card before and after treatment, giving you a visual record to keep alongside your report. When the files are ready, you'll receive your order's digital-download email with access to your scans. Your report and scan downloads may become available at different times. Scans show your card's appearance, but some surface details are easier to see under changing light or during an in-person inspection. Read them together with the written findings. When to expect your report Your report is prepared as part of your physical service and shared once the treatment and report are complete. Timing follows the work required for your card. A shared report does not mean your cards have been dispatched. Please follow your order's shipping updates for their return journey. Before you order This is an add-on for cards undergoing a physical service with us. The report and scans are delivered digitally. The report documents the work and outcome; it does not mean every issue can be corrected. It is not a grading certificate and does not guarantee a particular grade, restoration result or increase in value.
