TopNotch 10cm Penis Sleeve Extender (23cm)

Features and Benefits Approximately 10cm Extension: A 13 cm internal tunnel inside the 23 cm sleeve leaves roughly 10 cm of solid length beyond the channel for an extended profile. Soft & Stretchy TPR: Flexible material hugs the shaft while remaining soft enough to stretch around different fits. Stay-Put Double Opening Design: A separate 35 × 22 mm testicle loop works with the shaft opening to help hold the penis sleeve extender in position. Ribbed Internal Tunnel: Textured ribs inside the 13 cm channel add extra sensation for the wearer during use. Realistic Shape & Detail: Veining, a defined head and substantial 40–43 mm outer width give this penis extender a fuller, more realistic look and feel. Description Want a little more length without making things complicated? The TopNotch 10cm Penis Sleeve Extender slips over the shaft to add a fuller, longer profile, with a realistic veined exterior and defined head. Its 23 cm overall length houses a 13 cm internal channel, leaving approximately 10 cm of solid extension beyond the end of the channel. Made from soft, stretchy TPR, this penis sleeve has a 25 mm entrance that flexes around the shaft, while the separate lower loop fits around the testicles to help keep the sleeve in position during play. Inside, a ribbed tunnel adds texture for the wearer while the solid, firmer head keeps the extended tip supported. Add a little water-based lubricant inside the sleeve before slipping it on, guide the shaft into the channel, then gently position the lower loop around the testicles. Available in Flesh/Light Brown or Black, it's an easy way to experiment with extra length, texture and a different feel for both partners. For a pleasurable experience, apply generous amounts of water-based lubricant to all insertable parts and your intimate areas before gentle insertion. Care Instructions Silicone-based lubricants may react with silicone products, leading to swelling of the area of the toy submerged in silicone or other distortion. To be safe, only use water-based lubricants with the toys or do a patch test on a small area to see how they react. Wash off with warm water and mild soap if an adverse reaction occurs. Wash the toy with warm water and mild soap or an antibacterial toy cleaner before and after use to prevent infection. If you’ve been engaged in anal play with the toy and would like to switch to vaginal play, make sure it is cleaned properly before using it on the vagina to prevent the transfer of bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
