L9781 Automotive ECU Fuel Injector Pre-driver IC Chip

L9781 multi-channel pre-driver IC designed for gasoline/diesel direct-injection engine control units (ECUs). It drives the MOSFETs used for fuel injection and supports peak-and-hold current control. It features an integrated boost converter, as well as diagnostic and protection functions against short circuits and overcurrent conditions. Typical failure symptoms include: failure of fuel injection, inability to start the engine, engine misfire (shuddering), and the triggering of diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) related to the fuel injection driver.
