GSL-1200X-50-MW is a compact desktop microwave-heated tube furnace with a maximum working temperature of 1100°C and a 2" (50 mm OD) quartz tube. The furnace integrates a 2.45 GHz microwave system, porous silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements, and a precision temperature control system with 30 programmable heating and cooling segments and ±2°C temperature accuracy. The furnace supports controlled gas atmospheres and high-temperature processing, making it suitable for calcination, reduction, synthesis, and other thermal treatment applications involving lithium-ion battery cathode and anode materials, rare-earth materials, catalysts, magnetic powders, powder metallurgy materials, and nonferrous metal powders. OPERATION NOTES: The internal pressure of the quartz tube must not exceed 0.02 MPa (gauge pressure). A pressure-reducing regulator must be installed when introducing gas from a high-pressure cylinder. Operating pressure below 0.02 MPa is recommended. The manufacturer does not recommend closing both the gas inlet and exhaust valves during sample heating. If heating with the gas valves closed is necessary, the pressure gauge must be continuously monitored. If the pressure exceeds 0.02 MPa, the pressure relief valve must be opened immediately. Flammable, explosive, and toxic gases are not recommended. If required for a specific process, appropriate safety and explosion-prevention measures must be implemented by the user.
