Chateau Trianon Grand Cru St Emilion 2020

Producing a sublimely silky, plush, sensual wine, the Trianon property comprises 10 hectares on soils of clay, sand and iron-trace red stone. The vines’ average age is 35 years and the blend is 85% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% very old vine Carmenère (which really makes a wonderful contribution!). All picking is by hand, vinification is in stainless steel vats and, after malolactic in barrel, the wine is matured in 60% new oak for 16 months. 2020 - 13.5% abv Contains Sulphites
