A mixed tray of roast vegetables, making a complete dinner with one of our mains. Pre-roasted, so just pop the tray in the oven to heat through and away you go. Includes red onion, pumpkin, sweet potato, potato and capsicum with fresh rosemary, EVOO and a pinch of salt. Serves 3 adults as a side dish.
