Seasonal Reserve is a subscription that gives you access to uniquely crafted planters that will be refreshed by our team quarterly or semiannually for each season. FREE delivery is included in your subscription! Each planter will feature a striking assortment of plants that thrive with the season. As each season transitions, we will deliver a newly designed planter directly to your home. Festive add-ons for the holidays are also available! These are our most popular planter pots and are perfect for our Seasonal Select & Seasonal Reserve Planter Insert. How Our Subscriptions Work: We are offering two different delivery options for your Seasonal Reserve subscription: Quarterly Installs (4x a year), or Semiannual Installs (2x a year). Billing for each option will occur either four times a year, or twice a year and will occur on the first of the month. Your first payment will be made once you add your subscription to your cart and checkout. Afterward, you'll receive a follow-up email with a survey so we can get to know your the space we're servicing a little more and your routine billing will start from there. Insert Size (will fit in both round and square pots): 9" Round 12" Round 14" Round 16" Round Delivery Months: September/October, December/January, March/April, and June/July. Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date of purchase for delivery. If you would like your initial delivery within 5 business days please add our Rush Service. Disclaimer: Some photos represent planters that have had time to grow out. Upon delivery, your planter insert may not look as full, but with a little time and love your planter will be looking lush and fill out in a matter of weeks. What is the difference between the Seasonal Reserve and Seasonal Select? ▼ The Seasonal Reserve Planter program is a quarterly or semi annual subscription offering FREE Delivery. Your planters will be updated each quarter to match the season. The Seasonal Select Planter program is a one time purchase. I currently have Gardenista Jax refresh my planters regularly with custom designs, but I'm interested in this subscription. Is this the plan for me? ▼ If you would like to have completely custom planters with your own refresh schedule, we suggest continuing with your custom planter maintenance plan and consultation. But if you're interested in simpler designs similar to this plan, we can give you a proposal for a refresh schedule! What are the differences between Full Sun, Partial Sun, and Full Shade inserts? ▼ Full Sun: Your plant requires more than 6 hours a day in direct sunlight. Partial Sun: Your plant requires 4-6 hours a day in direct sunlight. Full Shade: Your plant requires less than 4 hours a day of direct sunlight. How often will my planters be refreshed? ▼ 4 times a year: Approximate Delivery Months: September/October, December/January, March/April, and June/July. If you select the Semiannual delivery option, we will add you into the next upcoming install date, then install again 6 months later. What are my payment options? ▼ We have several payment options. Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannually, or Annually Your payment will be charged on the first of the month. You will be able to set up your preferred payment plan after this initial purchase. Will I need to schedule my planter delivery? ▼ No, you do not need to schedule anything. Our team of planter specialists will notify you the week before with the delivery schedule. You don’t even have to be home. They will swap out your old planter insert for the new one and be on their way. What if my planter dies before the next time I'm serviced? ▼ There are a couple of options regarding the care of your planter. Gardenista Jax offers a maintenance plan where our team will monitor for pests and any other issues. If a plant dies we will happily install a new one during our maintenance visit. (Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of the plant.) If you choose to not do a maintenance plan please reach out to us directly to discuss your replacement options. Can I cancel or pause my subscription? ▼ Yes, please reach out to admin@gardenistajax.com at least 1 week before your next payment so we can pause or cancel before the next payment goes through. Please note if you are on a monthly subscription and at least 1 payment has been made towards your next delivery you will need to finish out that quarter before the cancellation will go into effect. We are not able to offer refunds. Will I have design options to choose from? ▼ We do not offer customizations with our Seasonal Reserve Planter program. If you would like to be a part of the design process please book a Custom Planter Consultation. Can Gardenista Jax use pots I already own? ▼ Absolutely! Our planter inserts can be installed in your existing pots and work beautifully with both round and square planters. To choose the right size, measure the narrowest point inside your pot and select an insert that is the same size or smaller. If your planter is larger than the insert, we’ll add a layer of mulch around the insert for a clean, finished look. Will these work with drip line irrigation? ▼ Yes, they will!
