It's made from a blend of Saemidori and Okumidori cultivars, sourced directly from our partner farm in Uji, Japan, the birthplace of the finest Japanese matcha. Saemidori: Naturally sweet with a smooth umami profile and virtually no bitterness. Okumidori: Adds depth of color and a clean, well-rounded taste. This premium matcha has a vibrant, bright green color and a fluffy, silky texture. When whisked, it reveals a soft, vegetal aroma with hints of woodiness and lingering sweetness. It has a freshly vegetal, clean and balanced flavor with no bitterness. Our partner farm in Uji follows traditional and environmentally respectful farming practices, certified under Japan’s JAS standard — comparable to EU organic standards. It’s as good for you as it is for the planet. Ingredients: 100% ceremonial grade matcha (no additives). Each 50g can provides 25–50 servings, depending on your preference. Our reusable cans keep your matcha fresh and are designed for refills. Please note: our current packaging still mentions the word “organic”, but our products are not yet SKAL-certified. We are currently updating our labels to reflect this.
