It performs exceptionally well in a wide range of conditions—from 1–2 foot waves to double overhead, beach breaks to point breaks. Featuring a medium rocker, slight V-bottom, hard rails, and a subtle tucked edge in the tail, it’s shaped for dynamic performance. Its wide point sits just behind center, giving the outline added curve for smooth, responsive turns. The Mango Jam pairs well with the Sallas Spiral, Sallas X Keani, or the Catwalk for a noseriding pivot. For the Spiral, run 9", 9.5", or 10" on the 9'0"; 9.5", 10", or 10.5" on the 9'4"; and 10", 10.5", or 11" on the 9'8". For Keani's fin, use 9" on the 9'0", 9" or 9.5" on the 9'4", and 9.5" or 10" on the 9'8". For the Catwalk, 10" works across all sizes, with the option to size up to 10.5" or 11" on the 9'8". The Silver blank includes internal fiberglass flex components and is hand-laminated with 6oz and 2oz fiberglass cloth on both the top and bottom. While Thunderbolt Silver offers the most “traditional” feel among our technologies, it still provides the highest level of flex—boosting performance well beyond that of standard PU boards. Its versatility and predictability make it suitable for a wide range of wave conditions and skill levels.
