Tsampon 2023

Gamay from the picturesque, steep slopes of Ayent in Switzerland, grown some 630m above sea level. Pretty and pure with lots of red berry fruits and soaring aromatics that jump from the glass. Depth of flavour and freshness sit side by side in this elegant Gamay that sings of its Alpine roots. Try it with a light chill. The grapes are hand-harvested then de-stemmed by hand before a 25 day maceration. The juice is then pressed into old Burgundy barrels for élevage. A very fine yet energetic expression of a grape we love.
