Ceremonial Blend #01 Our signature matcha — a first-harvest blend from Yame, Japan, shaded over 21 days and awarded Gold at a Japanese tea competition. Roasty and nutty with a subtle note of cacao, smooth enough to drink straight and bold enough to shine through milk. Traditional Bamboo Whisk Handcrafted from a single piece of bamboo, the whisk (chasen) works the powder into a smooth, even cup with a fine layer of foam. The tool every good bowl of matcha depends on. Tea Sieve A fine mesh sieve to sift the powder before whisking. One pass breaks up any clumps so the matcha dissolves cleanly — smoother, less bitter, with no lumps left in the cup. Measuring Spoon For a consistent dose every time — so each cup is balanced, repeatable, and tastes the way the last one did. One spoon is roughly 1.5g.
