Nitro Cold Brew

Cloud Picker has been sourcing and roasting specialty coffee in Dublin since 2013. This is that coffee in a can. Same beans, same sourcing standards, same B Corp roastery behind it. Arabica beans from Brazil, cold brewed, and nitrogenated so the pour does something worth watching. Open it cold, pour it slowly, and let the cascade settle before you drink. Taste notes of chocolate, nuts, cocoa in the cup. What's in it? Water, Arabica coffee (Brazil), chicory inulin. Three ingredients because we choose beans that don't need backup. The Brazilian Arabica is sourced to the same standard as Cloud Picker's roasted coffee range. The chicory inulin adds a small prebiotic fibre contribution. That completes the list. How to drink it: Cool first. Shake well. Pour thoroughly, and let the cascade settle before you drink. The cascade is the nitro at work; it provides texture, so give it a moment - like our after hours favourite - Guinness! Except this works before a morning meeting or mid-session at the gym.
