Cats and Dogs Socks : June 2026 KAL

Sales are now closed for this kit. Yarn will ship by mid-May. This year, we’re cuddling up with our furry friends. Our June KAL project is a brand-new sock design from Andrea Rangel with a colourful self-patterning leg, a mischievous cat or enthusiastic dog face on top of the foot, and the cutest little paw prints on the sole. This year’s kit comes in your choice of three colourways, all dyed on our soft and sturdy 4-Ply Sock base. The kit includes: One 100g skein of self-striping yarn (75% superwash Merino wool, 25% nylon). The one skein has all the yarn you need - two matching halves (one for each sock), plus a solid contrast colour. You'll separate them when you wind the yarn. A PDF sock pattern by Andrea Rangel that includes charts for both cats and dogs (delivered via email in mid-May). Access to our June Knit-Along, starting June 1. Need more cats and dogs? Add extra skeins to your kit here. The sock pattern is suitable for an intermediate, or adventurous beginner knitter. Techniques include a short-row heel and stranded colourwork. It is written for three sizes, with finished foot circumferences of 19.0 cm, 21.5 cm, and 24.0 cm (7.5", 8.5", and 9.5").
