Date Night Pizza Making + Cannoli Spend a relaxed and delicious evening together in this hands-on date night pizza-making workshop. You and your partner will create your own pizzas using prepared dough, flavorful sauce, and a variety of toppings, while enjoying a fun kitchen experience designed for cooking, conversation, and a great meal together. In this class, our instructor will guide you step by step through the pizza-making process, including how to handle and shape the dough, spread the sauce, choose toppings, and bake your pizza. The class is approachable and easy to follow, making it a great option whether you cook often or just want a unique night out. You’ll also get an introduction to how pizza dough is made from scratch through an instructor demonstration. Because proper dough resting and proofing takes time, prepared dough will be used for the hands-on portion of the class so you can focus on shaping, topping, baking, and enjoying your pizza during the workshop. Once the pizzas are ready, you’ll sit down together to enjoy the meal you created, followed by cannoli for dessert. It’s a cozy, casual way to spend time together, try something hands-on, and enjoy a fresh pizza night in our Flatiron kitchen. All supplies and materials are included. NY Cake Academy classes are held in our Manhattan flagship at 118 W 22nd St. All supplies and materials included, but if you require any special accomodations please don't hesitate to contact us at custom@nycakeacademy.com. Our classes are hands-on, interactive experiences. So, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not recommended as this is a safety concern when working within a kitchen. Long hair should be tied back.
