Rasor SW12SSX Single-Phase Cutting Unit

The Rasor SW12SSX is a cutting unit designed for use with high thickness materials and suitable for applications in the textile and technical fabrics fields. It reaches the highest level of technology and safety. Weighing in at just 3Kg, it still guarantees power and high thickness cutting reliability. The combination system of blade and counterblade allows sharp and precise cutting without rag grinding. Its 180Watt balanced and silenced motor combined with high resistance bronze/steel gear couplings creates long lasting stability. The 8-edged 120mm diameter knife allows the cutting of any fabric up to 50mm thickness even in multiple layers. The SW12SSX base is Teflon® coated to remove friction between the base and the fabric. It is possible to install this cutting unit on sliding rails within minimal space. The push button sharpening stone system allows the knife edge to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds without disassembly. This model is ideal for transversal cutting, as it is arranged with an anchor flange which allows an easy fit on a fixed or automatic stirrup. For continuous trimming processes the model SW12SSX is also available in right side version (specular) as model SW12S.
