Chocolate Chestnut Torte (gf)

This one is special. Chocolate Almond Diablo Torte (gluten-free but you'd never know it), a layer of creamy chestnut purée and then a delicate chestnut mousse accented with dark rum. All covered in a milk chocolate mirror glaze and topped with a festive hand-made chocolate bow. The combination of flavors is nuanced and sublime. Decoration may vary slightly from photo.
