This $100 refundable deposit confirms your spot as a vendor at an upcoming Vacation Races event. This option is designed for small businesses, local makers, and community nonprofits who want to join our expo environment without the full participation fee. How it works: • Your space is secured once payment is received • The deposit is fully refundable after you check in onsite and complete your event setup as scheduled • Upon arrival to the event, check in with the Vacation Races Expo Lead • Refunds are processed within 14 days following the event Forfeiture conditions: The deposit is forfeited if you: • Do not show up on event day, or • Cancel between the time of payment and the event (leadership may approve exceptions for emergencies) By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the Vacation Races Vendor Payment Policy.
