Psyllium Husk Powder (Plantago ovata)

Known as Ispaghula / Isabgol, derived from a species of plantain that is native to India and Iran, also known as Colon Cleanser. It is indigestible and is a source of soluble dietary fiber. Psyllium is a bulk-forming laxative, absorbs liquid in the intestines, swells, and forms a bulky stool, treat constipation and doesn’t promote flatulence.
