Description Jardín de Hormigas Las Luces 2024 is a complex, juicy, and textured expression of Uco Valley Semillón, made entirely from a certified organic 0.8-hectare plot in Paraje Altamira. Vinified with 30% skin contact and aged with no oak influence, this wine highlights fruit purity, personality, and a distinct mineral character, guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention where great wines are made in the vineyard. "Bright yellow in color with steely reflections, the nose is highly complex, initially showing aromas of white peach, papaya, fresh quince, and jasmine, opening up to reveal notes of chamomile, thyme, and white grapefruit. On the palate, it delivers great juiciness and texture; it is an austere Semillón with strong personality and a stony, mineral character. Its finish rests on white fruit and eucalyptus, making it ideal to accompany fatty fish dishes, mustard pork, and seafood pasta."
