Rosebud 2025

A blend of 72% Syrah, 13% Grenache, 9% Semillon and 6% Muscat d'Alexandrie. Sourced from select vineyards across the Western Cape, all varieties were whole-bunch pressed to preserve freshness and purity, with no extended skin contact. The wine was aged on its lees for four months, developing subtle complexity while maintaining vibrant fruit character. A fresh and fruity vintage with blood orange zest, rose and light candyfloss on the nose, as well as a hint of musk. The palate is led by tart rhubarb, with a crunchy, watermelon-skin texture softened by the lingering flavour of strawberries and cream. PDF Tasting note
