REFLECTIONS CONCEPT BY HOLIDAY VILLA DAGO GUEST CAPACITY POLICY Capacity Limit: 6 Bedrooms: 12–18 guests (maximum 5 cars) The number of beds provided corresponds to the number of bedrooms available and does not mean that additional beds will be provided based on the number of guests. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY SET BY THE VILLA MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED (The total number of guests will be reported to the residential management). The villa management reserves the right to cancel the reservation or refuse check-in if guests do not comply with the regulations (exceeding the maximum capacity allowed). REFLECTIONS CONCEPT BY HOLIDAY VILLA DAGO RULES & REGULATIONS If guests CANCEL or REQUEST A DATE CHANGE within 30 days prior to the arrival date (H-30), including but not limited to emergencies, incorrect reservation dates, death of a family member, COVID-19 exposure, serious illness, government restrictions, demonstrations, or any other circumstances, ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED WILL BE FORFEITED. [RESCHEDULING IS ONLY ALLOWED BEFORE H-30] 1. The villa requires guests to pay a security deposit before check-in as a guarantee against any damages, via bank transfer, mobile/internet banking, debit card, or credit card (NON-CASH PAYMENTS ONLY). For deposits made using debit or credit cards, a 2% processing fee will apply. The deposit will be refunded if no damages are found. 6 Bedrooms Villa: IDR 2.000,000 2. Excessive drinking and the use of illegal drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED (including vomiting in inappropriate areas, damaging villa property, leaving trash scattered around, or creating excessive noise that disturbs neighbors). If any of these incidents occur, the deposit will not be refunded. 3. Guests planning to bring decorations MUST INFORM the villa management in advance, as an additional deposit of IDR 3,000,000 will be required (separate from the main villa security deposit). All decorations MUST BE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND CLEANED UP before check-out. If decorations are not cleaned up, the deposit will not be refunded. 4. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). (PLEASE CHECK OUT ON TIME). Additional charges apply for early check-in or late check-out: 6 Bedrooms Villa: IDR 400.000 per hour. 5. Sound systems, organs, and any equipment that may cause excessive noise are NOT PERMITTED, as our villas are located in a residential area and such activities are prohibited by the housing management. 6. Please DO NOT MAKE EXCESSIVE NOISE, especially after 9:00 PM, in order to avoid disturbing neighboring residents. If guests fail to cooperate and create disturbances that cannot be tolerated, security and management may disconnect the electricity and water supply to the villa. If the disturbance continues, guests will be asked to leave the villa without any refund. 7. MOVING FURNITURE inside the villa is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If any furniture is moved, guests MUST RETURN it to its original position. If furniture is found not to have been returned to its original location, the deposit will not be refunded. 8. Bringing pets is NOT ALLOWED. 9. If there is construction work taking place adjacent to the villa rented by the guest, such work may continue until 5:00 PM (WIB).
