Grace Floorcloth #6

This pattern is a German interlocking circle design with a somewhat Victorian feel and lots of nice detailing. Depending on the palette used, the overall effect can be that of a field of color, or a more distinct pattern of interlocking circles. This pattern has been explored in many different colorways. This floorcloth used a custom-sized version of the interlocking circle stencil, upsized to work more effectively with the overall size of the floorcloth. This floorcloth resides in a dining room on Chincoteague Island, Virginia. The palette picks up on other appointments in the room. The entire pattern was done in gold, with the other colors on top, creating a charming gold edging around the design. This method is more labor intensive that the usual single stencil method, hence the price is a bit higher for this treatment. (Item AG06. This pattern is priced at a rate of $55/SF.)
