Jean-François Ganevat Florine 2018

The 2018 whites were bottled after four years of élevage, as he has been gradually extending the time the wines spend in oak. The 2018 Florine, a Chardonnay from vines planted in 1986 on gravel and gray marl soils, fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured with the lees for four years and was bottled unfined, unfiltered and without the addition of any sulfur.
