Vintage moroccan rug - blue, mustard - Cotton boucherouite - 4x8.2feet / 122x252cm

Bringing this rug to the selection because I fell in love with this unusual mix of colors: light blue, dark blue, mustard, cream, pops of orange and aqua blue. You rarely see these colors in vintage moroccan rugs. The composition is more classic yet vibrant with the traditional diamond pattern as the most common feminine symbol, here in a variated series in the middle part of the rug over a multiplied tiny ones in the background. The rug is made of cotton and wool threads knotted on a cotton base. The texture is shaggy and the rug is quite light. At home you may need to add rug pads underneath.
