Each vendor reservation includes a standard 8-foot table inside an indoor venue with free on-site parking for vendors and attendees. 📍 Event Location Venetian Center 1 Dozier Court Leesburg, FL 34748 📅 Event Details Date: Sunday, August 2nd Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Vendor Setup Begins: 8:30 AM Doors Open to Public: 10:00 AM Vendors Expected: 50+ 🪑 Vendor Table Information One 8-foot vendor table per reservation Indoor, climate-controlled venue Free parking available on site Vendors will select their table location at checkout Table assignments are subject to final venue layout and fire-code compliance ⚠️ Vendor Rules, Refunds & Disclaimers All vendor table purchases are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the event organizer. In the event the show is canceled by the organizer, refunds or credits will be issued at the organizer’s discretion. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax and for complying with all local, state, and federal laws. Vendors must operate strictly within their assigned table space and may not obstruct aisles or neighboring vendors. Cash transactions are permitted only between attendees and authorized vendors. Trading between attendees is always permitted. Private cash sales between attendees are not permitted inside the venue. Event staff and venue management reserve the right to relocate tables or remove any vendor whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with event or venue rules, without refund. By purchasing a vendor table, you agree to follow all event rules and any instructions provided by M&M Video Games staff or venue personnel. ℹ️ Additional Notes Please arrive on time for setup to ensure a smooth and efficient load-in process.
