Bonfadini’s Franciacorta Brut Nobilium DOCG is a refined expression of traditional-method sparkling wine from Lombardy, crafted predominantly from Chardonnay (90%) with a touch of Pinot Noir (10%). The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, with fermentation carried out partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak, allowing the wine to develop both freshness and subtle complexity. After its initial ageing, the cuvée undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and matures on lees for a minimum of 24 months, resulting in fine bubbles and an elegant structural balance. In the glass, Nobilium presents a luminous straw-yellow hue with delicate green reflections, while the bouquet reveals layered aromas of honey and vanilla.
