Rymill Coonawarra’s 2023 Yearling Shiraz displays a deep garnet hue with vibrant ruby highlights. Aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherries and blackberry are lifted by notes of white pepper and a hint of marzipan. The palate is generous and fruit-driven, showcasing forest fruits and ripe plum layered with dark chocolate richness. Lightly toasted oak adds nuances of sweet pastry and vanilla, giving the wine lovely length and a dry, polished finish.
