6500 Table

Table designed by Alessandro Mendini for Zanotta, 1986. Made with a die-cast aluminium base, a steel stem and a wooden top decorated with a polychrome daisy mosaic, this side table fully expresses Mendini’s inventive approach and ironic design language. Rooted in the Italian tradition of artistic craftsmanship, it turns manual work into an aesthetic statement within an industrial context: functional, expressive and subtly playful.
