Dabaive Bianco by Adriano is exactly what its Piedmontese name suggests: a wine made 'to be drunk' (and enjoyed often). From the very first sip, we were struck by its vibrant profile, bursting with herbaceous notes, delicate florals and bright citrus. Grown in sandy and marl-rich soils, this wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve its absolute purity. While it pays homage to the region's most iconic aromatic grape, it surprises the palate with a crisp, clean and unexpectedly bone-dry finish.
