'Pilot Match' letterpress woodtype typeface

Introducing 'Pilot Match' - a typeface based on a vintage matchbox label 6 line (25.4mm), 10 line (42.3mm) and 16 line (67.7mm) sizes cut from end grain English hardwood using a combination of modern CNC technology and traditional hand woodworking tools (including an original printers saw), made to English type-high (0.918in or 23.3mm) within plus or minus 0.1mm tolerance, sealed with shellac and hand finished with a traditional polished printing surface. Available as single letters or a scheme of 3A capitals (62 blocks). Please see scheme details on the right. Other sizes and schemes available on request.
