KAJIRA Now Playing Inspired by the Gor universe, Kajira is a dystopian fantasy of power, survival, and submission. Kajira, a prized silk slave, an untouched virgin, belongs to the mighty House of Tarian. Portrayed by Sylvie Rose, on a journey across the dystopian planet R, suddenly takes a dangerous turn. Lord Tarian crosses paths with the ruthless slave trader Sleenfang, and an old debt resurfaces, one that must be paid in flesh or steel. Sleenfang now holds two newly captured human slaves, played by Zoey Ziptie and Emily Adams, and refuses to yield without a fight. What follows is a clash of dominance, honour, and possession where only one will walk away with what they are owed. Set against a raw, dystopian backdrop, Kajira blends elements of medieval grit, Viking brutality, and post apocalyptic vibe Kajira is must watch for fans of Gor inspired storytelling or those who are just discovering this fantasy realm for the first time. Director’s Note For years, I’ve wanted to bring my own vision of the Gor world to life. This isn’t a purist adaptation it’s a fusion of influences. Medieval, Viking, Mad Max… even a touch of Escape from LA. It all comes together in a raw, stylised world. We shot Kajira over two intense days across multiple locations, more than 300km apart. It wasn’t easy heavy rain turned parts of the set into a complete mud pit, and at times it felt impossible to finish. But we pushed through. What we’ve created is a gritty and sleek immersive take on the slave world fantasy who doesn't like girls in chains really. I hope you enjoy our version of Kajira.
